The Seller Right of Withdrawal policy explains the circumstances and process through which a seller may choose to withdraw from selling through the Medilife Online Pharmacy platform.
This policy is intended to provide sellers with a clear understanding of their responsibilities when they decide to stop using seller services or close their seller account.
A seller may request to withdraw from the Medilife Online Pharmacy platform, subject to any applicable seller agreement, outstanding obligations, pending orders, financial settlements, regulatory requirements, and other applicable terms.
Withdrawal from the platform does not automatically cancel obligations that arose before the withdrawal request.
A seller wishing to withdraw should submit a withdrawal or account-closure request through the designated seller account process or contact the appropriate Medilife Online Pharmacy seller support channel.
The request should include sufficient information to identify the seller account and may be subject to account verification.
After receiving a withdrawal request, Medilife Online Pharmacy may review the seller account to identify:
Pending customer orders
Unfulfilled orders
Open returns or refunds
Customer complaints
Outstanding payments or settlements
Product-related investigations
Regulatory or compliance matters
Other unresolved seller obligations
The withdrawal process may remain pending until necessary matters have been appropriately addressed.
A seller should not withdraw from the platform in a way that leaves accepted customer orders unfulfilled without appropriate resolution.
Before account closure, the seller may be required to complete or appropriately resolve outstanding orders in accordance with applicable platform procedures.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller must cooperate with the applicable cancellation, refund, replacement, or customer-support process.
Withdrawal does not automatically remove a seller's responsibility for eligible returns, refunds, replacements, complaints, or other customer matters relating to transactions completed before the withdrawal date.
The seller may remain responsible for resolving such matters according to the applicable seller terms and platform policies.
Any outstanding seller payments or settlements may be reviewed before or after account closure.
Where there are unresolved refunds, disputes, chargebacks, customer claims, fees, or other applicable adjustments, the relevant amount may be considered as part of the final settlement process where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Withdrawal from the platform does not automatically cancel fees, charges, commissions, or other financial obligations that became due before the effective withdrawal date.
Any final financial obligations will be handled according to the applicable seller agreement and commercial terms.
Once withdrawal becomes effective, the seller's active product listings may be removed, deactivated, or made unavailable for purchase.
The seller should not continue accepting orders through the platform after the effective withdrawal date unless specifically authorized.
Sellers dealing in medicines, prescription products, medical devices, or other regulated healthcare products may have additional obligations when withdrawing from the platform.
Any applicable regulatory, storage, disposal, recall, documentation, or customer-safety requirements must continue to be followed even after the seller stops offering products through the platform.
Withdrawal from the platform does not remove responsibility for known product safety issues, recalls, suspected counterfeit products, defective products, or other serious concerns relating to products previously supplied.
Sellers must cooperate with any applicable investigation, recall, notification, or corrective action.
After withdrawal, sellers must continue to handle customer information responsibly.
Customer information must not be retained, copied, sold, disclosed, or used for unrelated purposes where such retention or use is not permitted by applicable law or the applicable privacy requirements.
Any required retention of information should be handled according to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Confidential information obtained through the seller relationship must continue to be protected after withdrawal.
Ending the seller relationship does not automatically end confidentiality obligations that apply to information received during the seller's participation on the platform.
Following withdrawal, sellers should discontinue the use of Medilife Online Pharmacy's trademarks, branding, promotional materials, or other platform-related intellectual property unless continued use is expressly authorized.
Product-related intellectual property belonging to the seller or its licensors remains subject to the applicable rights and agreements.
Closing or withdrawing a seller account does not erase the history or legal obligations associated with transactions completed before withdrawal.
Relevant transaction, financial, compliance, or customer-service records may be retained where necessary or permitted by applicable requirements.
In certain circumstances, a seller may request urgent withdrawal or suspension of its selling activities.
Examples may include:
Serious product safety concerns
Regulatory restrictions
Business closure
Loss or expiry of required authorization
Security concerns
Other circumstances that prevent the seller from legally or safely continuing to sell
The seller should notify Medilife Online Pharmacy as soon as reasonably possible where such circumstances arise.
If a seller loses a required license, authorization, registration, or other regulatory qualification, the seller must promptly notify Medilife Online Pharmacy and must not continue selling products for which it is no longer legally authorized.
Additional action may be taken to protect customers and maintain regulatory compliance.
Seller withdrawal is different from suspension or termination initiated by Medilife Online Pharmacy.
The platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate seller access where permitted under the applicable Seller Policy, seller agreement, legal requirements, or other applicable terms.
Such action may occur independently of a seller's voluntary withdrawal request.
A seller that has voluntarily withdrawn may apply to become a seller again in the future, subject to the requirements and approval process applicable at that time.
Previous account history, unresolved obligations, compliance issues, or other relevant circumstances may be considered where appropriate.
Where appropriate, Medilife Online Pharmacy may provide confirmation once the seller withdrawal process has been completed.
The effective withdrawal date may depend on the completion of pending orders, financial settlement, account verification, compliance review, and other applicable requirements.
Before requesting withdrawal, sellers should:
Review and resolve pending orders
Complete eligible customer obligations
Address open returns and refunds
Review outstanding payments and fees
Resolve customer complaints where possible
Report relevant product safety concerns
Maintain required regulatory compliance
Handle customer information appropriately
Retain legally required records
Remove or secure seller-related materials as required
Withdrawal from Medilife Online Pharmacy does not release a seller from obligations imposed by applicable law, regulatory authorities, contracts, customer transactions, or other legally binding requirements.
Any continuing obligations will remain applicable for the period required by the relevant terms or law.
Medilife Online Pharmacy may update this Seller Right of Withdrawal policy from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace operations, seller requirements, applicable agreements, or legal and regulatory requirements.
The latest version published on this page represents the current policy.
This policy provides general information about voluntary seller withdrawal from the Medilife Online Pharmacy platform.
Specific withdrawal rights, notice periods, financial terms, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements may vary depending on the seller's agreement, business type, product category, and applicable law.
Sellers should review their applicable seller agreement and seek independent legal or professional advice where necessary.
